Some times it logs in sometimes it doesn't, when it does i can't view my bills or anything it just gives a issue on the website as for the app i enter my details and it just send me back to the login screen. i have cleared the cache and data. its not my account its EE's end please sort your website and app out i see alot of threads on here complaining about the website and app. im not going to raise a ticket as the issue is your end not mine.

I know it's frustrating not being able to view your account details online as expected. 
As @Schockwave has mentioned above, you'll need to contact our team directly so they can review exactly what's happening and work on getting a fix in place. This will be specific to your account, so this would be the best next step.

I have the same issue with both the website and app. not been working for months and i have seen a fair few posts about it. but its never EE'S fault its must be the account holders got an issue.

@matt44444 , it looks like you would have to request customer service to do an account refresh, that should then let you register again afresh. Have you made sure that you have the latest app as well?
