Hi,
Ever since we've had our new smarthub (since around 25th June I think) I've been trying to set up WiFi controls via the EE app. The app has been showing "Preparing Update" continually, with a spinning icon.
I've removed the app and reinstalled, reset the router to factory settings, but to no avail. Any advice? Actually phoning EE is a last resort,but if that's what it boils down to so be it.

Removing and re-downloading the app is what we'd usually recommend for issues like this, so it's good that you've already tried that.
Are you able to try the EE App on another device? If the same issue occurs, it may help our technical support team diagnose the problem and help fix it.
