I wanted to pay my bill beginning of month, saw it had been increased from £94 to £169. In short I've telephoned 8 times to sort it, on 4 occasions managers authorised the reduction.
After an hour on phone yesterday still no conclusion even though a complaint was raised 3 telephone calls ago.
I'm at a loss what to do. I've never known wanting to pay a bill but can't!!!!!!

Can you please tell us a bit more about what you mean when you say there's 'no conclusion' when you've been seeking a resolution for this issue?
You mentioned managers agreeing to reduce the bill, so where do things seem to be falling down with this?
