Hi there, I got a new iPhone that I pay for monthly. I tried to download the app and link my new device with an eSIM, but it doesn't work; it says the information on my eSIM is incorrect. Also, when I try to see my bills, it pops up a message saying "Sorry, something's gone wrong"

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're having with your app, as this certainly isn't what we'd expect to see. Can you try deleting and reinstalling the app, and let me know if you still see the same issues after doing so?

Hi @Rach_H ,
I attempted that as well, but the issue appears to be related to my profile, since I cannot link my phone or access my bills even when using a PC on the website. When I attempt to link my phone, it says the details don't match those on the eSIM.
