How do you go about getting an itemised call log, if it doesnt appear on bills?

@vickiw2415 Are you paying for itemised billing? If you want itemised billing you’ll need to call customer support to request this and it will only commence from the date requested it can not be back dated.

Welcome to the Community!
Just on top of what @Chris_B has mentioned, whilst itemised bills are available to request as an additional option for our team, calls charged outside of your allowance will always be itemised by default.
You would only need to request this option if you were wanting a breakdown of in-allowance calls too 😊
