I am having awful difficulties with billing ever since I was advised to combine my BT Broadband account with my EE mobile account. Anyone else suffering? Calling them is a nightmare because the problem is very complex, and during the call, it drops off. |This has happened many times. When I call back, l get another person. I am tired of spending my precious time rehashing the problem, which never gets solved. The trouble is, it's about a £300 bill which I dispute. I've got pains in my stomach due to the stress.

Have you transferred over to EE Broadband or do you still have BT Broadband?
At the moment it's not possible to view a BT Broadband through an EE mobile online account access- they would need to be separate logins.
In the mean time, have you spoken to the billing team about the reason for your unexpected bill?
