Billing

My direct debit failed and now EE is saying I owe them £405, on Monday it was only £189! I don’t know what to do! I am abroad and can’t get into a shop! I am worried they will just keep jacking up the debt and I can’t afford it

Hi, When I select manage on the EE app I can't see my bill anywhere? I got a text saying my bill was due but when I follow the link to the website, again there's nothing about billing available? Totally lost
