Resolved! Cancel contract

I have 2 contracts on my account and one of them ends on 24th October. Do I have to wait until the 24th to cancel or can I cancel the contract tomorrow when I make this month's bill payment? Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.

Hi,I've just started a new FTTP contract on 12th October, but was billed in advance for my old contract until 20th October, which was paid on 4th October.Will I get a refund/credit for the 8 days of the old contract?Thanks.
