Why ca.nt i get into my accts

.and when i upgraded all are phones i asked for all contracts to be on one bill this has not happened i supposed to pay one bill on 28th of month not to bills i paid one todayog £68  why have u not done what i.ve asked

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting access to your account.

What happens when you try to log in?

It's possible that if you're merging your numbers onto one account, the transfer may not have completed yet.

I'd recommend getting in touch with one of our guides who can get access to your account and give you an update.
