Changing Direct debit detail

Hi - I’m trying to change my bank details for my mobile. The option for me to change the details is greyed out. I’ve paid this month’s bill via Apple Pay so how do I do this?

@Trish_A : You can change your bank details under Bills & Payments > Manage Direct Debit.
