@Sidjo You need to speak with customer support about this to have it cancelled.
For you to have an insurance policy you have to agree to it to be billed for it.

The OP could also be referring to a Safer SIM on a Protected Plan.
The same methods are required to get this dealt with of course; a call into CS.

Hi, regarding my issue. They dumoed £20 in mybaccount i never asked for. I wasnt out of pocket becausevi stopped the protected pkan before they took payment. They took my complaint to pass to Investigations team and saud as it is niw an internal matter i wont hear the out come. Can i still sue them for fraud?

If you have reported fraud on your account, it will be fully investigated, but you may not hear the outcome.
If you fill in this online complaint form, our complaints team will look into it to make sure the correct processes are being followed and give you a call to discuss it.
