Pixel Fold 9 Pro delivery dates?

Hi. When will the Fold 9 pro be delivered? I believe the release date is Wednesday coming. Will they be sent out on Wednesday or be delivered on Wednesday? I ordered a few days ago, but there is no tracking. When I type my order number in it just gives me a red box with "sorry you can't track this order type just yet".

looking at FB groups fair people have responded to me EE customers that's received there 512 Porcelains Folds some ordering from the 16th august

I am a very long-term EE customer, have multiple lines with them, and I'm really disappointed and shocked at how poorly they've handled this whole thing.
I ordered the Porcelain 512GB version on 14th of August, confirmed on 16th August, was told at the time the phone would be delivered on 4th September and I've been chasing them since.
Customer Support are useless, I was told it would definitely be delivered within 10 days time, that was 10 days ago.
Yesterday I was told that it would be delivered 28 days after I ordered, which is today.
Absolutely no updates at all, no communication from EE apart from the useless weekly emails to say the order is on track and the device is coming soon.
Oh, and the ones reminding me and warning me to return my trade-in device otherwise they'll remove the discount to the plan.

It's absolutely appalling and I want to complain higher up, but CS just seem to bounce you around themselves without being able to escalate things at all.

What I find ridiculous is that people can walk into a store right now and buy a pixel fold 9 pro but people that have preordered can't get their hands on one. EE just need to be transparent and sort this out.

I got an Email from EE. I thought nice my phone maybe... Nope it's a thread because I haven't sent my phone back. Hey EE how about you send me the new phone first you bunch of idiots 😂

Just had notification from DPD, could either receive it tomorrow or Monday. Ordered 28th of August. Obsidian 512.

Same. Ordered on 2nd September and just got a text from DPD. Also Obsidian 512

I ordered 512gb Porcelain on the 17th August over the phone after the online chat person told me I couldn't trade in my current phone because it wasn't originally from EE! Not true. 2 trade in packs, weekly emails to say 'on track' and  email to say I will be charged for not trading in my old phone, and still no clue as to when it will arrive! Secretly hoping the Z Fold 6 slim/SE/Ultra (whatever its called) will actually be released in the UK, not just China and South Asia on the 25th so I can stick with Samsung and order direct with them! 😂

Ordered mine on the 25th and still haven't got anything from ee or dpd so wish I had

It's a joke. If they're getting so many obsidians in stock why are they not calling customers that have been in the queue for longer and offering them the 512 obsidian instead? EE are absolutely diabolical.
