Hi. When will the Fold 9 pro be delivered? I believe the release date is Wednesday coming. Will they be sent out on Wednesday or be delivered on Wednesday? I ordered a few days ago, but there is no tracking. When I type my order number in it just gives me a red box with "sorry you can't track this order type just yet".

When did you order again as that's completely bollocks. People that ordered from preorder launch still haven't received their porcelains. Not sure how you will get it next Friday lol.

I ordered mine on the 21st august to the shop

I'd be really happy for you if this is true and you receive your order by next week. But equally very annoyed with EE having ordered on 16/8 and being told it's a 28day wait from today.

Honestly guys stop ringing them they are useless and so is the support team here. The only things to do is cancel or wait.

what the guy said that its 28 days from order (date)  from manufacture that should be that they go by.. as at that point they have sent the request to Google to send EE a phone for a customer, that's how it was when i worked at EE, if we didn't have iPhone stock we requested the stock that went straight to the manufacturer an they'd ship it to us with estimate date

But that would mean they would fill out an order each time they get a sale. That makes no sense. They basically order a set amount and wait. Google can't randomly make something to be delivered in EEs timeframe.

Yeah correct, thats what we did, We file our the order the deal price after every sale which take us 3 minutes to do and sends of

And this big manufactures such as Apple and google have big deals and partnerships with EE to point they used to come to out office and win new gadgets and stuff, It was whether it is anymore these brands focus more and prioritise EE over any network

Well if that's the case then I'm at a loss to understand where all EEs allotted units have gone? Because no 512 porcelains seem to have left the door at EE.
