Hi. When will the Fold 9 pro be delivered? I believe the release date is Wednesday coming. Will they be sent out on Wednesday or be delivered on Wednesday? I ordered a few days ago, but there is no tracking. When I type my order number in it just gives me a red box with "sorry you can't track this order type just yet".

So this whole process has been a nightmare and I believe EE need to sort out their preorders, CS and IT systems as currently no one seems to communicate between departments. However both my watch and phone arrived at the same time. More happy with the watch as it seems like a bigger upgrade from the Pixel Watch 1, but less impressed with the Fold 9 Pro coming from fold gen 1. I have my ultrahuman smart ring coming tomorrow, so I'll be fully geeked out for the year and I can go back to bed my non geeky self.
I'm a little annoyed I didn't go with the Honor V3, but I'm happy overall.

Kept coming back just to see that you actually finally got it, you asked the question on the 30th August got no real answer just many guesses and it showed up on the 18th September, I can't help but think if they just put that date on from the beginning, or just said around the 18th we wouldn't have a 60 page thread, maybe me and a few others wouldn't have left EE, crazy way to handle a situation.

Hopefully it was worth it mate 👊 I have returned mine. First pro 9 fold feel good and nice size here's the problem.
It still has the heating issues and the new T4 chip isn't any better than the old T3 chip.
They should of stepped away from there chip. Anyway V3 being delivered tomorrow 😂. All said I really liked the Google pro 9 fold and the flat sides. Amazing job by Google but power side it's poor and really really slow to charge

My phone arrived on Tuesday, I'm loving it so far and it's worth the wait. I ordered on 13/8, but my order was confirmed 16/8.
Executive complaints contacted me today and offered me credit or bank transfer in return. They admitted that it wasn't great and there was no point me ordering my phone and expecting it to be delivered on launch date. The did seem quite ashamed by it all. They are apparently experiencing similar with the iPhone launch.
EEs systems and handling of the situation have been really bad. It does make me not want to preorder a phone with them again. The lady was very apologetic but it also felt like she'd been apologising to lots of people over the same situation.

I wrote a letter in and the executive complaints team called me back.
Someone on the phone put a complaint in for me but it was just shut the next day without contact.

My phone was dispatched on the 16th , still not got it yet , DPD have Somehow lost it at Aberdeen on its way to Shetland . Tracking shows "a problem with this order" on the 17th , nothing since.
i am resigned to thinking I will never get this phone
