Pixel Fold 9 Pro delivery dates?

Hi. When will the Fold 9 pro be delivered? I believe the release date is Wednesday coming. Will they be sent out on Wednesday or be delivered on Wednesday? I ordered a few days ago, but there is no tracking. When I type my order number in it just gives me a red box with "sorry you can't track this order type just yet".

Ooh, I now have a DPD text. That does tie up as the CS person said the it
was due to ship today (neither of us believed that) before checking
somewhere else on the system for the more than 28 days. That must be for
new orders.

Just received the text from DPD regarding the delivery.

Ordered at 2 September, Porcelain 512 GB.

So, it is coming tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

I got a text from DPD but I think it's for my Google pixel 3 watch. We shall see.

Just to inform order for Porcelain 512 placed on 25th, DPD tracking message last night. Had to delay delivery as not at home but should come on Friday

Received mine this morning. 

Had to go straight out to work, so had no chance to use it yet. 

My takes on this is 1) EE communication was poor, 2) EE staff didn't know or were not told about when stock would be available and 3) no amount of calling them or complaining was going to make a difference to when it would arrive in any event.
