Hi. When will the Fold 9 pro be delivered? I believe the release date is Wednesday coming. Will they be sent out on Wednesday or be delivered on Wednesday? I ordered a few days ago, but there is no tracking. When I type my order number in it just gives me a red box with "sorry you can't track this order type just yet".

Yeah but still why? Why two lines, why the same phone and why do you need two? I don't think EE should have allocated two of the same phone on the same account. Someone else could have got one. And you upgraded on the 14th which is after some people ordered theirs and still don't have 1 phone let alone two.

guys dont get at each other. it isnt like he is scalping, the issue is EEs failure to serve their customers, not 1 dude hogging a 2nd phone relax

I mean you're right in that it isn't his fault that EE sent him two when they should have allocated 1 per customer, but how do you know he isn't scalping? It just seems very odd to have two of the same phone. I'm not sure of the reason other than to keep one and sell the other.

EE Response to my complaint
I have checked the details for you and the order is placed successfully but due to high demand and the product being recently launched, the delivery for this product is delayed from the manufacturer's end. I suggest you to wait for sometime and tyou will definitely recieve the order soon. Your cooperation and patience is highly appreciated in this regard.
The delay however it is from the manufacturer’s side and not from EE, we also want you to get your hands quickly on the new device/ accessory but it is as per first come first serve basis so we are dispatching as soon as we receive the stock from the supplier. We always want to help our customers and for you as a loyal customer, we will try to expedite the process.

The Porcelain one is for my mum and I have the Obsidian one. None of them are being sold. It's only the same as if 2 customers had ordered.
