Hi. When will the Fold 9 pro be delivered? I believe the release date is Wednesday coming. Will they be sent out on Wednesday or be delivered on Wednesday? I ordered a few days ago, but there is no tracking. When I type my order number in it just gives me a red box with "sorry you can't track this order type just yet".

How on earth did you get two? And why? You have two and the rest have none. Was this SIM free?

I was told EE would know this and give more time, but EE CS say a lot of things and none of them true... I wouldn't put it past EE to con you and charge us for this. That's my worry.

That is my main issue, the lack of clarity or confirmation.
If it's not going to be on day of release or it's going to be late then tell me so I can arrange my work commitments. Despite multiple chases yesterday my order details stated it was still being arranged and not confirmed so I had arranged to be in work today as then at nearly 22:00 last night I got text from DPD not EE, DPD advising delivery would be today - then had to **bleep** about re-arranging my work day !!!
It's the customer service or lack of that's annoying and frustrating - not had any previous issues with EE and done other pro-orders in past with no problems.

The team have advised that the delivery guidance for the Porcelain 512GB model was updated to 'expect dispatch within 28 days' on 16 August. I'm sorry if this wasn't made clear when you made your purchase.
As soon as stock arrives to fulfil your order, we'll let you know.

it wasnt though was it XD it was updated today. i was up past midnight (04/09 am) and it still said the "from 4th" line
ive just written a massive complaint email because ive had many issues with my order beyond the lack of info
ive been assured i will hear from dpd today (ordered porcelain on the 15th) but seeing as their dispatch emails are after 9pm, who knows

It’s just dodgy wording with the ‘from’ part but they knew what they were doing. I did mine over the phone and he said you will def get it on the 4th. I don’t actually think anyone knows what stock they have or have coming or when

I got the returns email for my phone. Yeah okay EE let's return the phone when I don't have one yet. Their systems are so bad that they can't communicate with one another and delay the returns pack. Especially after lying outright on the phone. Absolutely shocking and absolutely despicable from EE. Terrible customer service, terrible sales, terrible IT infrastructure. All terrible.

Just checked the Google store and the 512gb porcelain I'd out of stock with no date, just says get notified when back in stock
