Hi. When will the Fold 9 pro be delivered? I believe the release date is Wednesday coming. Will they be sent out on Wednesday or be delivered on Wednesday? I ordered a few days ago, but there is no tracking. When I type my order number in it just gives me a red box with "sorry you can't track this order type just yet".
It's so simple for someone at EE that deals with this to come here and let us know, but they refuse. I'm a little embarrassing that EE are treating their loyal customers this way.
My only hope is reading through the form exactly the same happened last year with the fold 1 with loads of screenshots of people being told 28 days but then the day before release dispatch emails coming though.
I'm fairly optimistic that this will be the case with this device. As I've said in before, there is no way on earth they've not had any devices for launch.
The shop and customer services staff only see the delivery date if you order today.
My complaint is with the lack of visibility. I'd really have hoped someone from EE would come and address this by now, as it's becoming a fairly popular thread.
Well We should know by this afternoon as from what I recall last year I got a DPD email around this time two days before launch. So we will see. If we don't have anything by tomorrow I will be highly doubtful. But seeing as our device hasn't moved to dispatch within 24hrs yet I highly doubt it.
