Hi, I ordered the iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB in Burgundy on 19 October. Could you please tell me the oldest outstanding order date for this model and whether you’ve received any new stock recently? Also, do you have an updated estimated dispatch date for my order? Thanks.

I ordered this model on 26th September still waiting, the tracking info now says “your iPhone is now on hand” but still says to keep checking for an update as it’s not dispatched yet.

The iPhone 18 Pro Max looks fantastic in burgundy.

I've checked our stock list, and I can see that if you ordered the device on 19th October, the expected dispatch time was more than 28 days.

I've checked our history stock page, and I can see that if you ordered the iPhone 18 Pro Max in burgundy on the 26th September, then the phone was estimated to take 21 days to arrive.

I'd recommend giving us a call so a guide can take a look into your order.

I did & was told they aren’t sure. Do you know, if ordered on 7th October what the expected time frame was? My partner also ordered and he also has the same response. We’ve been told theirs no way of checking and to sit tight.

If your partner ordered the same handset on 7 October, it would suggest the current wait time is likely to be more than 28 days.

The stock checker gives us a helpful indication of expected delivery times, but it isn't a guaranteed timeframe. Because stock levels and deliveries can change, the actual wait may be slightly shorter or longer than shown.
