Hi all am currently waiting on receiving my iPhone duo but seeing all these issue its facing am now tempted to cancel has anyone, have any issue with the duo. crack screen, not loading, line appearing on screen, Touch ID not working anything at all.  many thanks in advance

Hi @paulr14101 

This is Apple V1 new design handset and it will be prone to some issues. The repeated hinge/screen issue is so consistent I would not be surprised to see Apple recalling or delay further release to fix it. All the reports and screen damage are identical so it is clearly a design or manufacturing defect. 

I would seriously consider my options if I was you.
