Solved: Phone not delivered - The EE Community

I ordered a new phone and SIM contract 5 days ago and have not heard anything after the initial email since then, the email said it was supposed to be delivered within two working days and if not I would be updated,

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
