Good morning,Please I need some help. My partner contacted EE customer care on Sunday to get two iPhones on a pay monthly contract. He was approved and then on Monday he got a text telling him “the connection had been cancelled” he called the customer care line and he was told he needed to go into an EE store with an ID and proof of address to confirm his identity which he did on that same Monday . He was told his documents went through . And the whole process of getting the two new phones was reactivated. He spoke with another customer care agent who told him the fraud department needed to give a go ahead before the phones would be sent . Since Tuesday it’s been a whole rollercoaster . Yesterday he was informed that one of the phones he requested for has been approved but the second still hasn’t gotten approved. Please I’d like to know what we can do to get the second one approved as he already passed his credit check and was assured he could get two iPhones .
