Samsung Watch 6 Mobile Plan

I just recently bought a Samsung watch 6 and tried to add my mobile plan to it.  But it says there was an error and gives me an error code of 118.

Now, when I ordered it I couldn't figure out how to keep my number so it was ordered with a new sim.  Do I need to phone and have it transferred to my existing number?  I do not want to switch numbers.

Are you trying to use the watch as a standalone device or link it with an EE phone?

Do you have a pay monthly account?

i am using samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

No i am using Prepaid sim card

You would need a pay monthly plan to add the data plan for the watch to access a cellular connection. 

You can use Bluetooth to connect to the phone, if you have a pay as you go plan.
