I just ordered a iPhone 16 pro max with upfront cost of £30. The money was taken from my account however the page just went blank and wouldn’t refresh.
I have not received an email with order confirmation what do I do?

I know you'll want to make sure the order is going through.
If the screen went blank and you didn't get the confirmation email, it may not have, and the upfront cost would be pending with your bank.
The best option would be to speak with our customer service guides, who can have a look for the account and order to see if it did go through. If it hasn't they can help to get it placed for you.
