Hi there
are you no longer able to order a item and have it delivered to your local store to collect ?
I ask because both the app and website don’t allow you to select the store option anymore and will just select your billing address with no option to change this as yoi go through the order item process ?

Welcome to the EE Community
If you are buying a new phone or pay monthly contract device from us then delivery to store is still an option, it should be selectable on the final checkout page under where it has your personal details as per the screenshot.
If you are purchasing from the EE tech store they are unable to be delivered to store, though you should be able to edit the address to another still.
