No updates from DPD

I've pre orded the rog Xbox ally over 3 weeks ago 2 times , it should have been delivered by now but both DPD and EE don't know when my device will arrive. There no updates from both companies. I think it's bad when customers start being affected for there business issues.

I have taken a look into the current delivery guidance and it shows to expect despatch in more than 28 days. 

As soon as your order begins to progress you will be notified and will be provided further tracking information from DPD.
