Ordered iPhone 17 pro max

ordered iPhone 17 pro max - silver 256GB. New contract. Received confirmation email but no update on how long will be till dispatch. Can anyone help with stock / timescale ? Also can’t track order on account - still says no orders

Looking at the order history for iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver, stock guidance while placing the order this week was - "Available to order- Expect despatch within 7 days"


I can see we've fulfilled orders for this up to the 16th December, so we are just waiting to receive more stock from the manufacturer and you should have your device soon. 
You can track your order on our Track Your Order page.

If you haven't done so already I would recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.

Welcome to the community,

It depends on stock as to when you will receive the device and how many have ordered before you as they are sent out on a first come first serve basis.

You will receive notification from DPD up to the evening before delivery once your device has been dispatched and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window with a PIN number, which you will have to show the driver before receiving your device.

You can otherwise ring customer service and they may be able to give you an idea when it will be delivered, just press option 2 to speak to one of the guides.
