I ordered a pair of headphones which arrived damaged. The order was never marked as fulfilled on the website, so I can't initiate a return. When I try to contact EE to discuss this, and follow the relevant selections on the phone, I get through to a 3rd party who say they cannot help with tech orders.
Is there a way to contact EE for these orders at all?
I am about to lose my bap.

Try calling EE Sales on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.

Phone number worked, until the call randomly dropped. Link didn't (see below). Why is this number so hard to find? The website is honestly the WORST.

Thanks for giving this a go, @nl7.
I've checked that page from a number of devices / browsers, as well as over both data and WiFi, and it all looks good from what I'm seeing.
I couldn't say for sure why your call dropped too, but usually our Guides would aim to call back when this happens, so I'd definitely recommend giving this another go and they'll do their best to help.
