Order not showing on my ee

Placed order for an additional line on 04.05.23, got an email to confirm the order, however the number to keep me updated is actually my WiFi box, so won't be able to recieve updates, so checked on "track my order" nothing available to show. Also not showing anywhere on my ee, not on my bill or info or anything... I'm autistic and need to know when I will be receiving my new device.

I ordered the Samsung s23 ultra in green 

I would also like the number that I will receive updates on, changed to my contact number on my profile if possible please

I have checked and can see this phone and colour is in stock in all memory sizes and usually despatched within one day.

We have no account access here on the community so we can't access your account to update any contact information.
