Replace pay as you go sim

I have a pay as you go sim card that was damaged, I've applied for a new sim card to be sent to my address and after waiting 14 days I still received nothing. I tried getting help in a local ee shop to be told that replacement pay as you go sims can only be done via online. So I tried applying again and after another week I've still received nothing

Yes as I've only stayed at this address while on this package, it doesn't have an area for checking and updating addresses when I go onto my ee

You may need to speak to our mobile care team so they can check your account and find out what's happening with your replacement SIM.

Unfortunately I have no way of calling as I don't have a working sim card and I use my mobile as my landline

If you're able to borrow someone else's EE phone, that would be brilliant. Otherwise, if you pop into your nearest store, you can phone from there if they're unable to give you a replacement SIM.
