Ending of... Legacy £1 weekly pay as you go

Even though I had credit and had a message from EE reminding me to have credit. Ee failed to take the £1 and appears to have closed my plan, which then cost me £2.60 because I made a couple phone calls and some text messages. All this so far beating in mind I just discharged from hospital day before after surgery  8 days earlier. I am totally immobile, in top floor flat. This is when need my phone company to understand. If which to fair they did after several phones give me 200 minutes.  Now this I sent question . I build up many many bonuses and was getting 150 minutes 225 texts and 1g data for 7 days for the £1 . They say I get my bonuses that I have built up. Because they are offering for £5 a month 250 minutes 500 txts and 250mg data. So due no fault of my own and a loyal customer I basically being screwed.  Will my bonuses be calculated using the weekly plan I have up or monthly. And I can't get EE to giv a proper answer to what I will actually get. Using data bonuses does that mean 250mg + 4g or 250mg +1g.  I am stressed with it all

Contractually are ee allowed to drop my plan and replace it with a plan where I get a large chunk less than what they replace it with. Ie. I have to accept losing all the benefits I acquired by being a loyal ee customer and will cost £1 based on 28days

to anyone who knows where I stand

@Andrew332 : You do not lose any of your free Boosts when changing to a new plan. You just have to spread them over the longer period. See How to get and use EE Free Boosts on pay as you go

Legacy and 2020 customers

If you move from an older plan to our newer plan range, you won't lose any boosts you have already earned on your allowance. Once you move to our newer plans, you'll follow the new Free Boost rules as described above. You can get an extra six boosts on top of your allowance.

Your 1GB data Boost will be added to the 250 MB core allowance for the 30 days making a total of 1250 MB. The  Boosts only come into operation once the core allowance has been used up.
