ordered upgrade not arrived

I placed an upgrade order on 27th April 2023 and told that it would be dispatched within 24 hours and I would receive a text with a code to give the DPD driver.

I have not received anything and the order status says "Sorry, we can't show your order details right now"

It is a Samsung S23 in cream, 256gb. 

Please can you let me know the status
