Order confirmed but awaiting delivery date

I ordered my watch on the 1st of August and its saying order confirmed but waiting delivery date.i have also had a email saying my order has been confirmed but I've heard nothing about when it's being dispatched it just says waiting a date for delivery??????

Is a galaxy watch classed as a upgrade ive had my order confirmation and my 002 number so does that mean it's on its way thanks @

I rung 150 and spoke too the team and they said it has been ordered but their stock was low but new stock arrived Thursday today so as soon as they get the stock I'll be sent it out but thanks for answering me kind regards

What is the latest stock update on the iPhone 14 Pro Max 1tb Purple? I ordered over 7 days ago and expected delivery was within 7 days yet my order only got confirmed today and still no expected delivery date.
