iPhone 14 Pro Max 1TB Purple Order Delays

What is the latest update on stock? I ordered the 14 Pro Max purple 1tb a week ago and when I ordered it said within 7 day dispatch. Today is day 7 and I’ve had no update from EE as to what is going on. It still shows as 7 days on the website for that model yet I’m on day 7 and have nothing. I’ve called EE, one rep said they expect a 14 day delay another has said they know nothing about a delay. Shouldn’t EE be informing customers of delays rather than customers calling in for updates when there devices don’t arrive?

@TonyGray  It says “usually dispatched within 7 days” not that it “will be dispatched within 7 days”.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

So how much are they allowed to go over if we are to take every statement as vague as it can be? Should we say 28 days more but because it says USUALLY when a customer places an order that’s fine.

Also the estimate is still the same as 7 days ago when orders from then have still not been fulfilled.
