Hi, I can’t do phone calls due to hi anxiety so this is my only way to contact EE but last night I placed a order for a monthly pay phone and it got cancelled without me knowing why just a automatic text. The same with getting credit to instead pay a phone monthly it keeps bugging at first and then saying I don’t meet your standards.
I’m on benefits but I calculated my monthly budget and get enough to afford doing a plan yet I don’t know if I’m typing my information wrong or why none of this is working and it’s frustrating because I really need a new phone asap.

As @XRaySpeX mentioned, we're not able to see what has happened with the order, but it could have been that the credit check did not pass.
While I appreciate you've said you aren't able to call, they only way you'd know for sure would be by speaking to our customer service guides.
If you aren't able to get a contract, we do have some great offers on pay as you go packs.

By coming here you are not contacting EE but are talking to a user discussion group consisting of like minded users.
Your order may have failed presumably due to some credit check, despite your own calculations. There's nowt to stop you from taking out PAYG.
