I have ordered a new iPhone 17 Pro Max 256gb Silver and have had no updates - have had a text giving me a deadline to trade my phone in but haven't had any update about what i'll be getting my new phone. How can I get around that.

Welcome to the community.

I know you'll be keen to get your hands on your new iPhone 17 Pro Max.

Firstly, don't worry about the trade-in, we don't expect you to send your old phone back until you have had the new one through.

When was it you placed the order for your new phone? There is a wait for the Pro Max models but I can get an idea of the estimated timescale for that version for your order date.
