Order of mobile pay monthly

I have placed an order online and have email confirmation but still saying it hasnt been dispatched yet after 2 days

I ordered phone and SIM on 1/8 was showing despatch day after  had no notification no delivery date.im a new customer to EE  and it not looking good at moment
