No order confirmation email

Upgraded my daughters phone, Money taken but no confirmation email, not in my junk folders either 😞

If you have upgraded over the bank holiday it's likely you won't receive anything until Saturday or maybe Monday. If you need this number you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

 

Once you have this number you can check EE order tracking:

 

https://myaccount.ee.co.uk/orderdetails

 

When your order is due to be delivered you will receive an email and text from DPD with a delivery time.
