Collect in store instead of delivery

Hello 

I have finally upgraded to a new phone as my falling to bits phone charging port no longer works ! The iPhone I’ve ordered says back order is there any chance my online order could be cancelled and pick up one in store instead ?

Welcome to the EE Community,

If you call customer services on 150 they will be able to cancel your original order you will then be able to upgrade in your local store 🙂
