Beats fit pro order

Placed an order for Beats Fit Pro, had a confirmation email but no tracking information or anything since 1/6/22.  Could anyone let me know when this order is likely to be processed?

@j19mills  As you ordered on a bank holiday and there is no deliveries over the week end you’ll not get any information about tracking as nothing has been processed about your order yet.    You’ve had information about the order so your order is confirmed and you don’t always get tracking information from the add to plan store.  If you want information about your order a call to customer services is recommended
