So I upgraded my phone plan on the app on January 31st and got a confirmation email say that my order had been confirmed, but since then nothing I got to track the order and just get sorry can't show your order details right now

Welcome to the community,
You cannot track your order with an order number, you would need a tracking number to do so.
You will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.
As soon as EE are ready to dispatch your order, you should receive an email and you will be able to track your order.
