I had ordered a 5G hub with an unlimited data plan. the hub came with the box yet no sim card. the sheet of paper said it was included. I have tried contacting EE but not success.
What happened when you tried to contact our Mobile Care team? Do you live near an EE store? If you do, you could pop in and they'll give you a replacement there.
