No contact or delivery

I ordered a 24 month sim contract on 1st Sept and did PAC number to cha ge from current supplier. I now have no service as EE have not yet set this up despite me spending 3 evenings speaking to different advisors who co firmed it was all now set up. I can't call EE as I no longer have a service to call from and I am stuck. 

I need help to know my sim has been processed and Will be delivered as I am a nurse on call with no contact.

Welcome to our community.

I'm sorry you are having trouble with you number transfer. Numbers do not usually transfer before you have received the new SIM card so I'm surprised that has happened and left you without service in the meantime. 

When you spoke to our team over the phone, did they confirm the number had transferred over to EE already?
