I ordered an Nreal Air device over the weekend and the money was taken from my account, but I have not had an email or text confirmation.
It said next day delivery and that I'd get a text with the DPD details, none of which has happened. So I phoned up today and they said they had sorted it and that it should arrive tomorrow, but I still have no email confirmation.
Nothing in the EE app to suggest I have it on the way.
What's going on?
Even buying something on Gumtree you get more feedback and information from the seller, surely a massive company like EE can do better.
