I recently upgraded my device and paid £50 upfront. My bank account has been charged but I have not received any email confirmation or order number.

What happened when you called @Adrian8888?

Was your call disconnected or were you just waiting in a queue?

Was disconnected! Can’t you just try to have a Look if there’s still the order in progress or something? Otherwise need my order cancelled
