No Delivery Update for Google Pixel pro Fold

I ordered a Google Pixel 9 pro Fold from the EE store. It was showing In Stock, however the delivery tracker shows it is still not dispatched even after 3 days. Can anyone tell what seems to be the issue here.

Was this order a brand new contract with us, or are you upgrading an existing number you have with us?

Also when did you place this order, and which colour and storage version did you select?

We selected Porcelain version 256GB. I upgraded my earlier contract. I
ordered it on Wednesday. In your tool, it was ordered from In Stock
availability.

We're currently recommending delivery within 7 days for new orders of this model, so if you ordered on Wednesday then this should be with you really soon. 

Was it our online store that you ordered this from, or a retail store?

It was from Store. Sovereign Mall, Bournemouth

Did they mention if this was coming to the store for collection, or is it being delivered straight to you?

Also have you noticed any texts come through advising your plan has changed, or seen your plan and contract dates have changed in the app?

They said it will come to the store. I have got a mail stating the order is confirmed. Nothing else

I wouldn't waste your time asking here mate. The EE support team here are useless and don't have any information other than "current details state...". They won't acknowledge you were miss sold with dates like the rest of us. Some of us have been waiting since pre launch with no device. EE seems to have not ordered any Porcelain models from Google. 

We were told on launch then we were told before 28 days on launch day and then we were told more than 28 days.

EE are basically useless when it comes to the ordering process.

That’s exactly what they said when I called the customer care. 28 days from the date of order, which for me is a breach of trust as the store employee said it will take only 2-3 days since it was available in stock. There absolutely no way to track as well other than a page appearing to say waiting for dispatch for the 5 days

Yes mate. It may not be any consolation but many of us have been treated the same way and are in the same boat. EE have been really dishonest during this whole process. They even seem be creating accounts to make us seem like we are unreasonable... I may be paranoid but when a person with only one post rolls up and starts basically saying the opposite of what everyone else is saying, the  you know something is up.
