No update on switch 2 order

I ordered a switch 2 Mario kart bundle on Thursday through the ee app. I received an initial confirmation email. It has been 5 days since then without any update and I used 2 day delivery. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Once the order has been dispatched you will receive tracking details from DPD for the delivery. 

If you would like to get the order checked and get an update on when this will be dispatched, please give us a call and the team will be happy to help.

My advice as annoying as it it would be to just wait it out till you get confirmation from DPD, I tried chasing mine up and it’s ended up now being sent back to EE and was unable to order another until today. You can do an Echat on the EE app and they’ll be able to give you the DPD tracking number if it’s been dispatched but I would trust the timescales they give you
