This is for an Apple Watch, DHL tried to delivery on Sunday but needed a Pin number which had been sent to the number on my old Apple Watch. Obviously I don't receive messages on my Apple Watch from that number as it is tethered to my Phone number. DHL would not let me have the item and I haven't heard anything since.

If your PIN is not showing in the DPD app, please give our Customer Service team a call on 150 who can update the delivery to the correct mobile contact number.

Welcome to the community,
If pin sent via text message, it should also show on the Phone. Have you been able to log in to DHL to see if it is there?
Surprised that it was not sent via DPD, did you order the watch from EE?
If it was DPD, then you should see the message via DPD either via the website or via their APP.
