I’ve ordered twice over the last few weeks. I’ve been with EE for a couple of years nearly. Ordered an additional plan and paid an upfront cost and still no news on my order and no one can seem to give me an update. All I keep being told is the phone might be out of stock when It clearly states online it’s in stock and says delivery within 1 day 😑

I’m an extremely unhappy customer now £100 on an upfront fee which has been taken from my bank but still no news on my order. I’ve seen this a few times on here. I keep being told to call and see if someone can help. 
Would have recommend ee before this and now I’m highly disappointed.

When you placed the order, did you get an email with an order number? (Please don't put the number here)

Which phone did you order, including colour and storage size?

Is the money showing as pending with your bank or is it taken?
