Pixel 9 pro fold order updates

Hello can anyone help or give me any info/update on my order please I ordered the pixel 9 pro fold 512gb on the 2nd of September and was told I should have it on the 4th as that was release day and not had any updates since only my order confirmation and had to pay £600 to upgrade.

@SDavisuk , unfortunately we cannot here, this is not customer service, we have no account access and do not know who you are.

You would have to ring customer service, unless one of the staff here see it and can give you an update as to whether there is a delay in sending it out to you.
